JCB heeft eind vorige maand een prototype van de Fastrac geveild. De tekker, met 3.890 uur op de teller, ging voor 15.000 Pond onder de hamer. Dat meldt Agriland.ie<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Het prototype wordt aangeduid met P5 en is gebouwd in juli in 1989. De P5 is de vijfde in een serie van 13 prototypen. De P5 heeft dezelfde Perkins 1006-6T motor die in het Fastrac 145 productiemodel zat. De versnellingsbak heeft 18 vooruit en 3 achteruit met een maximum snelheid van 80km\/h. Het interieur ziet er nog vrij eenvoudig uit. Het prototype heeft geen airco en heeft het een vlakke vooruit in plaats van de gebogen voorruit die op de productiemodellen zat.<\/p>\n

Naast het prototype werden er in ook 12 Fastrac trekkers geveild met urenstanden vari\u00ebrend van 210 tot 3.640 uur. (Foto\u2019s: Agriland<\/a>)<\/p>\n
