Op papier (en volgens Case IH) is de Optum de optimale mix voor de akkerbouwer die een compacte sterke en ook nog wendbare trekker zoekt.<\/p>\n<p>Waar de Puma en de Magnum ietwat saai ogen, kijkt de Optum met een verrassend frisse blik de wereld in. Ook het zwevende naamplaatje en de striping op de motorkap doen het optisch goed. De Optum heeft een wielbasis van net geen drie meter: 2.995 mm op precies te zijn. Dat is 11 cm meer dan die van de even sterke Puma\u2019s en 11 cm minder dan van de even sterke Magnums. De Optum zit er dus mooi tussenin.
