De Quaddtrac en Steiger 550 en 600 worden namelijk opgevolgd door de 540, 580 en de 620. De laatste spuugt maar liefst 509 kW (682 pk) uit de zescilinder 12,3 liter FPT Cursor 13-motor.<\/p>\n<p>Door het zogenoemde Hi-efficient SCR-systeem, voldoet de Quadtrac aan de stage 4 emissie-eisen. Na de AdBlue-injectie, mengt een soort cycloon de luchtstroom voor een optimale werking van de SCR. Na de SCR volgt het CUC-filter. Die laatste haalt het restant aan ammonium uit de uitlaatgassen wat ontstaat door de injectie van AdBlue. Voor de AdBlue ge\u00efnjecteerd wordt, gaan de uitlaatgassen door een Diesel Oxidation Catalyst. Het AdBlue-verbruik van de nieuwe Steigers en Quadtracs zou op acht procent liggen.<\/p>\n<p>Alle filters hebben de uitlaat tot een enorme \u2018kast\u2019 op het linker spatbord gemaakt. Daarbij moet wel gezegd worden dat die de chauffeur minder hindert, dan je zou verwachten.<\/p>\n<p>De nieuwe Quadtrac herbergt bijna 1.900 liter diesel en\u00a0322 liter AdBlue.<\/p>\n<p><img
