De hal kostte de familie Fricke, eigenaar van Granit, 35 miljoen euro. Hier liggen 120.000 kleine onderdelen opgeslagen. Het oude deel van het magazijn bevat grotere delen, waaronder aftaktussenassen en harkborden. In totaal bevat het Granit-magazijn 150.000 artikelen.
