Met de overname verwachten zowel HBM als Abemec de belangen van hun klanten, leveranciers en medewerkers nog beter te kunnen behartigen. Alle medewerkers van HBM komen in dienst van Abemec.<\/p>\n<p>CERMAX<br \/>\nIn 2007 nam HBM het Belgische Cermax over en verhuisde de productie van de transportbanden naar Schoondijke. Dat onderdeel van het bedrijf gaat nu weer zelfstandig verder.<\/p>\n<p>TOT GRONINGEN<br \/>\nAbemec&#8217;s servicegebied breidt zich ondertussen uit van Zeeland, Noord-Brabant, Noord-Limburg en de Betuwe tot in Groningen. Het bedrijf heeft ongeveer 210 werknemers in dienst, onder wie ruim 110 servicemonteurs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mechanisatiebedrijf Abemec neemt Hermans van den Bossche Mechanisatie (HBM) over.
