Het Cesar data-tag programma voorziet iedere trekker of machine van een chip. Zo kan hij makkelijk weer worden opgespoord.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Cesar begon in 2009 met het taggen van tractoren en bouwmachines. Inmiddels staan meer dan 70.000 van deze machines geregistreerd. 32.000 hiervan zijn werkzaam in de agrarische sector. Vooralsnog worden alleen de tractoren die New Holland in Groot-Brittanni\u00eb verkoopt met een opsporings-chip voorzien. Toch zullen dit jaar ook in Nederland enkele trekkers van een Cesar datatag worden voorzien.<\/p>\n<p>In Groot-Brittanni\u00eb wordt wekelijks voor een miljoen pond aan agrarische machines gestolen op het platteland.
