Eerst maar even de combinatie: Perdaems heeft zijn veertig jaar oude Fiat 780 DT voor een Accord DL-zaaimachine gezet. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n<p> \u201cJarentachtigtechniek\u201d, zegt Perdaems, \u201cdie nog prima functioneert. Tegenwoordig heb je verplegingstrekkers die al snel 5 ton wegen. Deze weegt net geen 3 ton. Hoewel op leeftijd, is de trekker wel uitgerust met een moderne stuurautomaat van Ag Leader. Dan het bijzondere gewas: blauwmaanzaad voor op de luxe broodjes. Om het gewas niet te kwetsbaar te maken voor ziektes, is het zaak heel weinig zaad te verzaaien: 1,3 kg per hectare. Zo\u2019n geringe hoeveelheid is lastig te verzaaien. Vandaar dat Perdaems het zaad mengt met fijne kristalsuiker.
