Dit jaar ruilde hij een Kverneland-pootmachine in voor een nieuwe AVR Ceres 440. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u201cMijn zoon werkt voor een mechanisatiebedrijf die dat merk verkoopt. We kunnen daardoor thuis veel zelf doen aan onderhoud en eventuele reparaties.\u201d Gabri\u00ebls heeft de Ceres drie weken geleden in gebruik genomen. Maar niet voordat hij eerst wat heeft aangepast. \u201cAf-fabriek wordt er geen enkele pootmachine met wielen over de hele breedte geleverd. We rooien met een wagenrooier en die wil bij natte omstandigheden wel eens wat wegzakken. Om dat te voorkomen hebben we onder de pootmachine een vijfde wiel gemonteerd. Daardoor wordt ook de grond midden onder de pootmachine goed aangedrukt.
