Maar een erkenning voor de vondst ontving het bedrijf niet. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agrifac heeft de dieselmotor vervangen door een accupakket, waarop de spuit twee uur kan werken. Op dat moment springt een kleine dieselmotor aan die de accu weer oplaadt. Op deze manier kan het brandstofverbruik en daarmee de CO2-uitstoot van de spuit flink omlaag. In een later stadium zou de fabrikant ook de kleine dieselmotor nog kunnen vervangen voor een groter accupakket. Ook sluit Agrifac de komst van een brandstofcel niet uit.
