Het Belgische Depoortere heeft de fabriek in Hulste overgenomen. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat is er met Delvano aan de hand?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delvano is failliet. Delvano is een Belgische fabrikant van spuitmachines die in 1966 werd opgericht door Paul Vanlerberghe. De loonwerker had een eigen spuitmachine gebouwd die populair werd onder zijn collega\u2019s. Het familiebedrijf bestond dit jaar dus zestig jaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waardoor is Delvano in problemen gekomen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Volgens berichten in de Belgische pers zijn er meerdere oorzaken. Zo heeft het bedrijf grote moeite om vacatures op te vullen. In de regio rondom het West-Vlaamse Hulste zijn veel landbouwmachinefabrikanten die vechten om technisch vakkundig personeel. Daardoor liepen de levertijden de afgelopen tijd op. Daarnaast ondervond het bedrijf veel concurrentie van andere spuitmachinefabrikanten, was de winstgevendheid laag en zat er veel geld in de voorraden. Uiteindelijk zorgde die combinatie voor financi\u00eble problemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe gaat het nu verder?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een curator bekijkt de mogelijkheden. Een doorstart of overname is nog altijd mogelijk, maar spuitmachines worden in de fabriek in Hulste niet meer gebouwd. De Belgische machinefabrikant Depoortere heeft de productielocatie overgenomen en gaat er machines voor de vlasoogst en -verwerking bouwen. Depoortere neemt ook 18 van de 42 werknemers van Delvano over.
