Onder de kap van deze serie ligt een Yanmar-dieselmotor met 65 kW (86 pk). De hydrostaat komt van Linde en heeft een automatisch schakelende bak met vier groepen. Tevens is de \u2018middentunnel\u2019, die als het ware door het bestuurdersplatform loopt van motor naar achteras, bij de Tony\u2019s lager geworden. Dat resulteert in meer bestuurderscomfort.
